Inspection
Chief Mold maintains a complete Quality department and laboratory. This staff is responsible to provide all test and inspection documentation required by our customers. They measure and collect all the critical dimensions needed for all First Article reports. In addition they assist the operators with problems identified on the line to address and fix any issue that might arise during production.
This staff is on site during each and every shift running production, including any overtime hours. Not only are dimensions measured but also color match, light emissions, weight, density, etc as required by the customer.
