Reliability testing
Chief Mold maintains an internal reliability lab that can provide the majority of testing required by our customers. In addition, we have built specialized insertion tools specific to a customer’s need. We are willing to review and provide the set up to support the testing. You as the customer need to assure your product performs to your customer’s satisfaction. This helps you to understand warranty projections, life span of parts and what to expect over time and exposure in various environmental situations.
This is one of many arenas that separates us as a professional plastic injection molder. Whereas many just fill a box of parts and ship to you, you know and can trust that Chief Mold provides what you expect and demand. A part that is correct and will last in the use it is intended.
